29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person (i.e., a person who is capable of identifying exist): On or about February 13, 2014, the employer did not ensure that frequent and regular site inspection were conducted where employees were conducting framing and cornice work, exposing employees to hazards such as, but not limited to electrical, struck by and fall hazards up to approximately 19 feet high.
