On or about February 13, 2014, the employer did not provide eye protection to employees utilizing saws and nail guns to conduct framing operations, exposing the employees to the hazard of being struck by flying objects.

29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): The employer shall ensure that flexible cords are connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided which will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws.   On or about February 13, 2014, the employer did not ensure that strain relief was provided on the twenty-five foot orange electrical cord used to connect power to saws and other electrical machinery, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
