29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a.  Lot 769, Burnt Hickory Drive, Village at Deaton Creek Subdivision, Braselton, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard.  The employees were not utilizing a means of fall protection while working and walking approximately 10 feet above ground level on the elevated roof, installing felt paper along the ridge of the roof, on or about 02/27/14.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to upper landing surfaces, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladders were used to gain access:   a.  Lot 769, Burnt Hickory Drive, Village at Deaton Creek Subdivision, Braselton, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard.  Employees were using portable ladders that did not extend 3 feet above the upper landing while accessing the ladder to get to the roof of the residential home, on or about 02/27/14.
