29 CFR 1910.136(a): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses protective footwear when working in areas where there is a danger of foot injuries due to falling or rolling objects, or objects piercing the sole, and where such employee's feet are exposed to electrical hazards: a) for employees working at 2998 Brandon Plaza Blvd, Tampa (FL), while lifting, pushing and other manual handling associated with retrieval, assembly and finishing of heavy furniture pieces such as but not limited to mattresses, sofas, dressers, tables and headboards were observed using regular street footwear that does not protect against foot injuries, as observed on or about 2/28/2014.
