29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use personal protective equipment: The employer does not ensure each employee who is required by this section to use personal protective equipment was provide training on when to use personal protective equipment: This occurred on or about February 27, 2014 in the yard when an employee was exposed to fall hazards and failed to tie off. Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that employees who are required by this section to use personal protective equipment are provided training.
