29 CFR 1910.304(b)(2)(i): Receptacles installed on 15- and 20-ampere branch circuits were not of the grounding type: (a) On, and at certain times before, February 28th, 2014, employees working in the Custom Shop were exposed to possible electrical shock and electrocution hazards due to two ungrounded (two opening) duplex receptacle outlets having been installed on a 3-wire branch circuit: Abatement certification is required for this Item. Use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
