29 CFR 1926.502(a)(2): The employer did not provide and install all fall protection systems required by this subpart for an employee, and did not comply with all other pertinent requirements of this subpart before that employee began the work that necessitates the fall protection: a. At the site located on 2555 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, FL, employees were installing "Carlisle" membrane while standing at the edge of a roof 18-ft. above the ground. Fall protection was not adequate in that a parapet wall sufficed as a mid rail but a top rail was not provided and/or missing, on or about, 02/25/2014.
