29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information.  On or about February, 28, 2014, Pioneer Powder Coatings LLC did not train employees regarding the label elements including pictograms and the new 16 section safety data sheet format by December 1, 2013.  Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals that include: silica and respirable dust (Particulates not otherwise regulated).     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
