29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 15 Manor Road Schuylkill Haven, PA; Employees were installing plywood onto rafters without the use of fall protection. The employees were exposed to falling 12 feet 5 inches through the rafters to the floor below, on or about 02/28/2014. b) 15 Manor Road Schuylkill Haven, PA; While employees were installing plywood on rafters without the use of fall protection.
