29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. On or about February 25, 2014, on the east side of the building, an employee painting the exterior wall using a Genie S-60 aerial lift was not wearing properly the body harness and did not have the lanyard fastened to the basket, exposing himself to a 20 feet fall hazard. b. On or about February 25, 2014, on the east side of the building, an employee covering windows using a Genie S-60 aerial lift did not have the lanyard fastened to the basket, exposing himself to a 16 feet fall hazard.
