On or about February 25, 2014, on the east side of the building, an employee painting the exterior wall using a Genie S-60 aerial lift was not wearing properly the body harness and did not have the lanyard fastened to the basket, exposing himself to a 20 feet fall hazard.   b.  On or about February 25, 2014, on the east side of the building, an employee covering windows using a Genie S-60 aerial lift did not have the lanyard fastened to the basket, exposing himself to a 16 feet fall hazard.
