29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:  a) In the kitchen, on or about February 26, 2014 and at times prior to, one exit door that provided for emergency exit discharge from the area was secured with a closed slide lock while employees worked in the building, resulting in a life safety hazard.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit":  a)  In the laundry room, on or about February 26, 2014 and at times prior to, the two exit doors that provided for emergency exit discharge from the area were not identified with an EXIT sign, resulting in a life safety hazard.    b) In the kitchen, on or about February 26, 2014 and at times prior to, one exit door that provided for emergency exit discharge from the area was not identified with an EXIT sign, resulting in a life safety hazard.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.

29 CFR 1910.303(f)(1): Each disconnecting means required by Subpart S of Part 1910 for motors and appliances was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:  a) At the Laundry Room, on or about and at times prior to February 26, 2014, the employer had a main breaker panel and the disconnect breakers were not identified as to the equipment which they can energize or de-energize, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed:  a) At the facility, on or about February 27, 2014, and at times prior to, employees who operated or required maintenance access to disconnect switches operating at 240 volts or less were exposed to a shock and life safety hazard, because the front/side panels for the disconnect switch were not effectively closed.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
