29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit":  a) In the laundry room, on or about February 26, 2014 and at times prior to, the two exit doors that provided for emergency exit discharge from the area were not identified with an EXIT sign, resulting in a life safety hazard.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i): The dimension of the working space in the direction of access to live parts operating at 600 volts or less and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while alive was less than indicated in Table S1:  a) At the Laundry Room, on or about and at times prior to February 26, 2014, the employer did not maintain a 3 feet clearance working space for the safe operation and maintenance access to disconnect switches operating at 240 volts or less for employees performing maintenance and laundry operations, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
