29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a. A respirator program was not developed and implemented, including writing the program, fit testing of a half mask, tight fitting respirator, used during dry cutting of granite, training on how to fit the respirator and the air contaiminants resulting in exposure especially silica, cleaning the respirator, and providing a medical evaluation. Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
