29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Platform(s) on all working levels of scaffolds, were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports such that the space between adjacent units, and the space between the platform and the uprights is no more than 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide, and the employer could not demonstrate that a wider space was necessary:     a)  a) At Lot # 27, 1210 Hill St, Village Walk, Smyrna, GA- Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet 6 inches above ground level while installing bricks from a fabricated frame scaffold platform that was not fully planked.
