Personnel enter confined spaces that included, but were not limited to, the mill stand pit, the water meter pit, and the set pit.

The forklifts which the man basket was used on included but was not limited to, various electric Yale forklifts. The man basket was used on the forklifts for activities that included, but were not limited to, changing light bulbs.
