(a)  Front of Hotel - On or about February 24, 2014 an employee were exposed to a fall hazard while working in an S-85 Genie aerial lift (serial no. JR5029). Employees were elevated 15 feet 1 inch above concrete. Employees were not wearing a body harness or body bets and lanyard attached to boom or basket.
