29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: 1) The Bank of Georgia, 1170 Hwy 54 West, Fayetteville, GA - Employees were installing metal panels on a steep slope roof ranging from 8 in 12 to 10 in 12 pitch roof, approximately 30 feet high from the peak and 27 feet from the gutter of the roof without conventional fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard.
