29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one-fourth inch: (a) Tool room: The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery and the adjustable tongue at the top of the Hisey-Wolf pedestal grinder was one-half inch on the left side and three-fourths inch on the right side, and thus exceeded one-fourth inch, on or about 3-4-14.
