On or about March 4, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing carpentry operations from a temporary elevated work platform, eleven (11) feet two (2) inches above the ground, was exposed to injuries from falls due to the lack of guardrails. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
