29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill.  a) At building # 6; 1250 Powder Springs Road, Marietta, GA- Employees installing siding and sheathing materials onto a multifamily residence were exposed to a lower level fall hazard of approximately more than 25 feet, in that; the employees were working without fall protection; hey were previously trained  in fall all protection and did not  retained the requisite or skill of proper use personal fall arrest systems. Employees failed to retained and understand the procedures to be followed to minimize the fall hazards.
