Sandy Springs GA - The employee working on the scaffold was not was not protected from scaffold collapse by adequately supporting the scaffold legs with mud sills or other adequate foundations. The Cutting Edge Stone, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2),which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314636150, citation number 01, item number 01, and was affirmed as a final order on October 20, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 1001 W Paces Ferry Road, Atlanta, GA 30327.
