29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2): In an energized installation, each outlet box did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy. On or about March 6, 2014; at the center of the jobsite, the employer allowed employees to use an energized temporary power distribution panel with an affixed outlet box that did not have a faceplate.
