29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provided for an alternative fall protection measure. a) On or about March 6, 2014, Residential Construction Site at 948 N Player Ave, Eagle, Idaho: Employees were working on a 5:12 pitch roof without means of fall protection in the workplace. The potential fall distance employees were exposed to was measured at 8 and 9 feet at the eaves dependent on work location. Abatement certification is required for this item.
