29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse:    a) 1641 New Market Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080. The employee was exposed to crushing hazards in that 12 Wide Flange Steel Beams were stacked with the narrower beams on the bottom resulting in the stack being top heavy. Employee walked between stacked beams and flatbed trailer when the stack tipped over crushing him against the flatbed trailer parked next to the steel resulting in his death.     Incident occurred on or about 03/06/14.
