29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. Appropriate eyewash stations were not available in locations including, but not limited to Med Center janitorial closet, Garden Level hopper room, and Garden Level janitorial closet. Employee(s) in these areas were exposed to corrosive cleaners containing chemicals such as hydrogen peroxide, citric acid, and ammonium chlorides.
