29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees from hazards created by the moving parts of conveyors and in-running nip points:  Genco, 301 Blair Rd., Avenel, NJ site - Main level sorting area:  a) Lines A/B, C/D, E/F, G/H, and J/K - The existing barrier guard was ineffective in that the guard does not prevent employees from reaching around or over into the in-running nip points on the conveyor.    b) The lower intersecting point of Line E/F, where the decline conveyor and horizontal conveyor intersect was not guarded to prevent the employees from accidently being caught in the in-running nip points on the conveyor.    Condition noted on or about 3/5/2014.
