B) Ground Floor Level: An employee was exposed to eye/face injuries while using an electric saw and was not provided with any type of eye/face protection, on or about January 29th, 2014.

B) Stairway Opening: An employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet while engaged in framing work on a residential structure without a means of fall protection in place, on or about January 29th, 2014.

29 CFR 1926.100(a):   Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:   A) Front ground of structure - An employee was exposed to head injuries while working below framing activities. The employee was not protected by a hard hat or protective helmet, on or about January 29th, 2014.    The ICMS Enterprises Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312861982, citation number 1, item number 1, with respect to a workplace located at 33 5th Street in Wood-Ridge, NJ.
