The Reid Surface Grinder had an extension cord to provide power. b.  Turbo Conveyor, Model: 6475-8699, SN  335087 used an extension cord to provide power.

29 CFR 1910.333(a)(1): Live parts to which an employee may be exposed were not deenergized before the employee worked on or was near to them:  Built-Rite Tool and Die, Blue Dah-Lih; Employees hung locks on the machine in such a way that they were exposed to live electrical parts when hanging the lock and closing the door of the machine.
