29 CFR 1910.254(d)(9)(iii): Cables with damaged insulation or exposed bare conductors were not replaced: a.) The Wagner Electric Sign Co. located at 7135 W. Ridge Rd. Elyria, OH 44035; On or about March 7, 2014, the employer did not assure employees were protected while using the Linde 225 Migmaster Welder. Employees are required to use welders for daily fabrication projects and are exposed to shock hazards from exposed wires on the MT-200 Mig Welding Torch.
