On or about March 7, 2014 at a residential structure located at 14025 Overcreek, Woodlands Edge, Little Rock, AR 72221, the employer did not ensure an employee framing a residential structure was properly protected by the use of safety glasses while using the pneumatic nail gun. The employee was observed/exposed to eye impalement hazards.
