Tri-County Industries, Inc.; fabrication shop - On or about 3/6/14, the electrical panels for the crane and lights were blocked by empty boxes, a container of shock, a metal box, a black drum, and a nylon sling.

29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer: A.) Tri-County Industries, Inc. - On or about 3/6/14, the employer had not reviewd and provided a copy of Appendix D of the OSHA respirator standard to employees who volunarily where respirators (ie - dust masks).
