29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Except as required or permitted elsewhere in this subpart, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures: a. On or about March 7, 2014 - at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting construction and demolition operations on the third floor were exposed to electrical hazards due to a live electrical panel box without a cover.

29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables shall be protected from damage. Sharp corners and projections shall be avoided. Flexible cords and cables may pass through doorways or other pinch points, if protection is provided to avoid damage. a. On or about March 7, 2014 - at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting construction and demolition operations on the second, third and fourth floors were exposed to electrical hazards due to live electrical parts not being protected from damage.
