29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment. On or about March 7th, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not assess the activities in the kitchen area, to ensure that the employees were not exposed to the cut by hazard while working with metal bowls having cracks.
