29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6):  The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under either paragraphs (f)(6)(i) or (f)(6)(ii) of this section:      a)    On or about March 6, 2014, two tanks in the metal cleaning/treating tank operations area, one containing Microlok AO (corrosive) and the other containing Ferrocote 364 BF T1 (combustible, eye/skin/respiratory tract irritant, central nervous system depressant) were not labeled in a manner to provide employees with the identity and information on the physical and health hazards on the chemicals contained therein.  b)    On or about March 6, 2014, in the metal cleaning/treating tank operations area, the tank containing Safe Scrub ST (corrosive) was not labeled to clearly provide employees information on the identity and information on the physical and health hazards of the chemical contained therein.  The employer had placed a folded material safety data sheet for the product encased in a plastic sleeve on the wall behind and above the tank which was difficult to read and inaccessible due to its location.
