(a) 7 Swan Road: A DeWalt DW368 Serial Number 350230, portable circular saw had a block of wood wedged in the guard preventing it from automatically returning to the covered position exposing employees to struck by hazards from an unguarded saw blade. (b) 7 Swan Road: A Makita 5007F Serial Number not legible, portable circular saw had a block of wood wedged in the guard preventing it from automatically returning to the covered position exposing employees to struck by hazards from an unguarded blade.
