29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(B): Runs of open conductors were located where the conductors would be subject to physical damage and the open conductors were not fastened at intervals not exceeding 10 feet (3.05 m): a) construction area of locker room adjacent to the gymnasium at Clearfield Area High School, 2831 Washington Ave. in Clearfield, PA. On or about March 6, 2012, the Type NM Cables, used as temporary wiring in the work area were not secured along the wall area. The conductors were secured/coiled at the ceiling but were not secured as they proceeded down and along the wall toward the floor. The conductors were subjected to damage from construction personnel/equipment moving through the area.
