29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: a) Job Site, 39 New London Turnpike, Glastonbury, CT - On or about 3-11-14 - Employees were observed working at the edge of a roof with rip-stitch lanyards that would allow contact with a lower level. Roof edge height was 11 feet 9 inches to the ground.
