29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: a) On or about 3/6/14 at thenew Cabela's Store located at 2003 Walden Avenue, Cheektowaga, NewYork; employees were performing weather proofing activities using an extensible boom lift. An employee was working outside of the basket while his lanyard was still attached to the lift. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
