OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing hazards. a) Warehouse Area - On or about 3-11-14 - Employees were exposed to a potential risk of injuries from the use of skids rather than pallets, which condition was not secure against sliding and/or collapse."
