29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(i): Adequate precautions were not taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors: a. Service Area - On or about March 6, 2014, the manual pump used for transferring gasoline to and from vehicle fuel tanks was not properly grounded to protect against static electricity. Employees were therefore exposed to hazards associated with the ignition of flammable vapors.
