Worksite located at 2933 Crescent Drive, Lincoln, NE:  An employee was standing on the guardrail of a Skyjack aerial lift while performing elevated work at the site.  The employee was wearing fall protection and was protected from a fall to the ground; however, not from impacts associated with an outside fall and the pendulum action created by the fall protection.     Abatement certification is required for this violation.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citations.
