Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):    a. On or about March 10, 2014 at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing carpentry operations on the second floor were exposed to falls of approximately 16.4 feet above the ground due to lack of fall protection.     b. On or about March 10, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite,  employees were performing residential construction operations next to window openings on the second floor that were 26-29 inches in height. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18.5 feet above ground.       Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
