Site- Employees were not protected from fire hazards where three five gallon containers of combustible fuel were stored next to an operating portable kerosene heater where the employer failed to provide a fire extinguisher. The fuel and heater were located in a temporary room with non-fire retardant plastic sheeting for walls.
