29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:       (a) On or about March 10, 2014, PetraBee Construction, LLC., did not ensure that its employees were protected from falls while working at heights greater than 6 feet. Employees of PetraBee Construction, LLC. were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 14 feet while engaged in stucco work activities on the facade of a residential building with no fall protection in place. 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):     (a) On or about March 10, 2014, PetraBee Construction, LLC. did not ensure that the working platform on their fabricated frame scaffold was fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports. This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards of up to 23 feet. Cross braces were missing from the first and second stages of the lower fabricated frame scaffold which was used by employees while conducting stucco work activities, exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet.
