29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide: On or about February 12, 2014; at the center of the jobsite, the employer allowed employees to stand on the mid-rail of a two (2) mobile scaffolds (scissor lift). The scissor lift mid-rail does not meet the width requirements of a scaffold platform as defined by 1926.451(b).
