On or about March 11, 2014 at residential structure located at 226 Lake Valley Drive, Maumelle, AR 72113, the employer did not ensure employees framing a residential structure were properly protected by the use of a hardhat from impact hazards from construction materials. Employees were observed/exposed to struck by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.      On or about March 11, 2014 at residential structure located at 226 Lake Valley Drive, Maumelle, AR 72113, the employer did not ensure an employee framing a residential structure was properly protected by the use of safety glasses while using the pneumatic nail gun. The employee was observed/exposed to eye impalement hazards.
