29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): The employer did not retrain employees where inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicated that the employee had not retained the requisite understanding or skill: a. On or about March 12, 2014, on the north side of the roof, an employee working near the edge was not protected from a 12.5 feet fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system and the employer did not retrain the employee to ensure that the employee retrained the requisite understanding or skill.
