Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing hazards: (a) Location - Loading Dock An employee was injured on or about March 5, 2014 when a driver moved his trailer away from the dock while the dock worker was still inside the trailer. The dock worker fell between the dock and the truck.
