On or about March 6, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to an electric shock while assisting a Caterpillar backhoe loader operator with the installation of metal fence poles and attaching/installing chain link fencing to metal fence poles along a golf course perimeter in close proximity to overhead high voltage electrical power lines that were not de-energized, grounded or guarded.
