Sears Hometown and Outlet was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 847663, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/29/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 367 Sunrise Hwy Patchogue, NY 11772.    Sears Holdings Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 331762, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/25/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 120 Spagnoli Road Melville, NY 11747.
